Join Kara for a special semester of movement + meditation focused supporting the anxious mind.

This 45-minute class begins with movement to re-align the physical body. Pranayama collects and directs life force to prepare for a seated practice. Each session culminates with a guided meditation practice from the Vedic traditions to stabilize and purify the mind.

Tools you’ll gain to address anxious mind:
- Utilizing strategic and dynamic movement to access stillness
- How intimately the breath shapes the mental emotional state, and what kinds of breath you can use for anxiety
- Meditative approaches that acknowledge a busy, restless mind and move through it
- Access to a part of you that is beyond your mental, emotional state where steadiness and peace abides

This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration in this class includes 7 days access to a recording.

Can’t participate live on Mondays at 5:30p ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.

Kara Aubin is the founder of the Ayurvedic Wellness Center. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, ParaYoga teacher, Herbologist, and Holistic Health Coach based in Kalamazoo, MI. With 20 years of experience and training in the sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda with master teachers, Kara weaves the teachings of yoga, ayurveda, and holistic living into her clinical practice, group classes, workshops, and private sessions to share radical wellness with you.
