March Movement + Mediation Semester (In-Person + Virtual)
w. Kara Aubin . E.RYT, PAC, AYT
Join Kara for two weeks of movement + meditation practice. This 45 minute class begins with movement to re-align the physical body. Pranayama collects and directs life force to prepare for a seated practice. Each session culminates with a guided meditation practice from the Vedic traditions to stabilize and purify the mind.
Why Movement + Meditation?
- Getting intentional at the beginning of the week, shapes the rest of it.
- If you’re in motion throughout the rest of your day, the counter balance is stilling the mind.
- The self-knowledge that comes via meditation give us the ability to discern the next right action without doubt.
- Committing to a practice, is committing to your Self.
