Turn Ayurvedic theory into confident clinical judgment, one case at a time.

A monthly mentorship call for AHCs and APs: classical samprapti, clinical case reviews, your cases & questions, ninety minutes a month.

Led by Kara Aubin, CAP, E.RYT, AYT. Founder of the Ayurvedic Wellness Center, with a decade of clinical Ayurvedic practice.

you have the theory. now you need the mentorship.

Your certification covered the theory. It didn't cover what to do when a client's presentation doesn't match any of your case studies, and you're the only one in the room.

That's what Samprapti Circle adds. Once a month, you work through a real case live, with a mentor and a small group of other practicing AHCs and APs giving feedback in real time.

one samprapti, one case review, every month.

Ninety minutes, once a month, with everything below included:

  • grounding & check-in: what's arising in your own practice this month

  • samprapti teaching: one disease pattern, nidana through manifestation (dosha, gunas, dhatus, srotas, organs or samprapti expression)

  • classical chikitsa: the therapeutic through line approach

  • US scope of practice chikitsa: including food practice (ahara), lifestyle practice (vihara), yoga, and herbs

  • case application: real clinical cases worked through live

  • mentorship: submit your own current case or question

  • recorded: so a missed month doesn't mean a missed session

what Kara’s students share…

Kara is such an incredible teacher that I honestly feel like she could teach me how to change a light bulb and I would learn something new and insightful. The way she teaches and breaks complex things down into bite size, easy to digest chunks is absolutely incredible.
