Our custom version of the ancient tri-doshic formula, Triphala. Meaning ‘three fruits’, this formula is well known to gently cleanse and detoxify the entire system, with specific action on the eliminatory system and colon. Triphala contains five of the six Āyurvedic tastes and as such also acts as a rejuvenative.

use: steep 1 tsp in hot water. drink before bed, 1.5hr after last meal.
