The focus of the workshop will be finding balance and bringing Ayurvedic wisdom into our your life. You’ll learn about the foundational theories of Ayurvedic nutrition, the Six Tastes and thermal effect, and how to apply these this season.
We’ll share the Ayurvedic teaching of summer food practices, sample raw ingredients, and Pitta pacifying recipes will be demonstrated and tasted. You’ll enjoy sampling a rainbow bowl entree with 2 types of dressing, a sweet snack, and a cooling summer beverage. All recipes are whole food, gluten free and vegan. Resources to take home provided.
