Theory will only take a clinician so far. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor or Practitioner, you’ve been trained in the theory. The application of that theory with oversight and mentorship may be more limited. This often means that when a client walks in with a pattern that doesn't match the textbook, and you're not sure where to start or your protocols are less effective.
Samprapti Circle is a monthly mentorship program designed to fill in the mentorship gap.
what will I learn?
Each session, you’ll be instructed in one classical samprapti, the full arc of how a disease pattern forms, from initial imbalance to manifestation. Then we'll apply it. A case presentation follows, and you'll work through it together with your mentor, Kara Aubin. You’ll learn what to look for, what questions to ask, along with real life examples of what works and what challenges may present.
Samprapti Circle isn't another lecture. It's clinical reasoning practice, done in real time, with room for your questions and your own cases.
this course covers:
classical samprapti
dosha, gunas, dhatus, srotas, organs or samprapti expression
classical chikitsa
US scope of practice chikitsa including food practice (ahaha), lifestyle practice (vihara), yoga, and herbs

“According to Ayurvedic principles, by understanding oneself, by identifying one’s own constitution, and by recognizing sources of doshic aggravation, one can not only follow the proper guidelines to cleanse, purify, and prevent disease, but also uplift oneself into a realm of awareness previously unknown.”
